• All payments are final, except where required by law. We do not offer refunds except in cases where Modelette cancels a booking or service, or the model does not show up to the date. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, consumers may have the right to cancel certain contracts within 10 days of entering into the agreement. Please contact us immediately before going on a date if you believe this applies to your booking.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The services and content provided by Modelette are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services or content. We do not guarantee that any date arranged through the platform will result in a long-term relationship or any specific outcome.
